We guarantee a 99.9% availability SLA. Scheduled maintenance rendering the dashboard inaccessible will be broadcast via email at least 48 hours prior to deployment.
3. API Usage Limits
Enterprise accounts are constrained to 100,000 endpoint calls organically per month. Exceeding limits will not inherently halt service but will incur standard overflow charges.
4. Intellectual Property
